For help, email xuezaigds@gmail.com. Include the app version, iOS version, device model, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot when possible. Do not send client formulas or identifiable client photos unless they are necessary and you have permission to share them.

Client records and formulas

Open a client to review visits, photos, and the latest formula. Choose Repeat last formula to create a new editable visit without changing the earlier record.

The free plan supports up to 10 active clients. Existing records remain editable if you reach that limit, and archived clients do not count toward it.

Export, backup, restore, and deletion

Export, backup, restore, and deletion remain available on the free plan. Open Settings → Import & export to create a portable backup before changing devices. A restore preview does not write data until you choose Merge or Replace.

Tonebook Pro

Tonebook Pro is available as an annual auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Both unlock the same Pro features. Eligible new annual subscribers receive the introductory trial shown by the App Store.

To restore a purchase, open Settings → Restore purchases and use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Annual subscriptions can be managed in the App Store subscription settings.
